• KI Management reserves the right to charge interest on overdue amounts at the rate of 8% per annum above the base rate of the Bank of England from time to time.

When engaging KI Management for property management services, the following terms apply:

• Property owners are responsible for providing accurate property information and maintaining property standards as required by law.

KI Management makes no representations or warranties about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on our website.

In no event will KI Management be liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

Either party may terminate the property management agreement with 30 days written notice.

Upon termination, KI Management will provide an accounting of all funds held on behalf of the property owner and transfer any remaining assets as directed.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the termination date.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

KI Management reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.

Your continued use of the website and our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
